Description
The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- Providing HR related advice to line managers, and assisting in changes or improvements
- Managing a wide range of employee relations cases
- Analysing data and producing reports for the HRBP
- Producing offer letters and contracts for all new starters
- Overseeing the induction process
- Ensuring all employee files are accurate and up to date
- Acting as the first point of contact for any HR related queries
- Assist with, and manage, hr related project work
- Taking a lead role in the recruitment process
- Driving employee engagement
- Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will have:
- A proven track record of working within a busy team
- CIPD Level 3 or above
- Strong analytical skills
- A keen eye for detail
- A passion for HR and a true desire to learn
- Availability to work bank holidays and some evenings as required
Job Offer
