Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
Elevation Recruitment Group Accountancy & Finance are working with a well-known, highly credible business based in Sheffield as they look to expand their team with the appointment of an experienced & enthusiastic Accounts Payable Clerk on a full-time, permanent basis!
Key responsibilities –
*Maintain purchase ledger database
*Matching orders, delivery tickets and invoices
*Process all invoices for payment including utilities
*Leasing with suppliers re payments, queries, etc.
*Reconciling supplier statement
*Follow the company’s sub-contract payment procedure
*Check CIS/Insurance details are up to date prior to payment
*Process certificates for payment via matrix and non-matrix orders
*Liaising with sub-contractors re payments
*Any other duties as may be appropriate
