Salary: £36,000 – £48,000DOE

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week Monday-Friday, flexitime available

Elephant Stone Recruitment are delighted to be able to offer this exciting PPC Manager role with their client a rapidly growing Ecommerce business based in Gloucester. This role will be offered on a flexible working basis and will be a blend of home and office work on a permanent basis.

The PPC Manager will report to the Ecommerce Director and will work closely with the website and marketplace teams to manage a large digital media budget and also line manage two executives.

The PPC Manager will have strong agency side experience of managing google ads and bing ads with both search and shopping ads. In addition you will also have experience of paid social and will be confident in developing ad campaigns.

Key responsibilities of the PPC Manager include:

* Management of all aspects of paid digital campaigns

* Management and development of the PPC Team

* Ensuring you are able to keep up to date with latest PPC skills and self motivated to continued learning

* Work closely with marketplaces and website teams

* Take responsibility for the overall paid media budget

* Be a champion for digital and paid media within the business and promote opportunities and results

The successful PPC Manager will have the following skills and experience:

* Strong commercial mind and confident working to sales targets

* At least 12 months exoperienc in an Ecommerce business

* At least 3 years experience in a digital marketing field

* Proven experience managing 6 – 7 figure media budgets

* Experience managing a team or direct reports

* Strong analysis and reporting skills with ability to use MS Excel and Pivot tables to an appropriate level.

* Exceptional communicator

* Enthusiasm for marketing and ability to promote new products to a market.
