Salary: £35,748 – £37,200 per year

PROPERTY VALUER / ESTATE AGENT

22K to 24K BASIC, PLUS BONUSES, OTE REALISTIC 40K AND BENEFITS INCLUDING CAR ALLOWANCE

This is a varied role where you will be working closely with the Property Acquisitions team who will be booking appointments with potential vendors for you to go and view, value and list the property with the company. You will also be conducting research into properties in the areas and building relationships with local agents. Candidates must be very strong negotiators but also be very good relationship builders.

This role will be home and field based

Main responsibilities:

• Attending viewings/valuations to purchase properties

• Negotiating with potential vendors and getting the properties on board

• Pushing the sale through to completion

• Building relationships with the vendor and handling issues

• Working closely with the Acquisitions team

• Completing of all necessary documentation

• Researching properties and values in differing areas

Main skills and experience needed:

* Proven background of developing and cultivating vendor relationships

* Some knowledge of the property market, types of property, values

* An empathetic sales approach with the ability to negotiate and close

* Property or Estate Agency, or similar background

* A reliable, autonomous attitude

* Flexibility towards working hours and travel

* Financially motivated

* Good research skills
