Patient Care Coordinator

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic customer service & sales person for a prestigious clinic in Harley Street. The successful applicant will join a dynamic Patient Care Coordinator team.

THE ROLE:
-Answering calls and advising patients with queries
-Meeting with patients at their initial consultation and guiding them through their first visits at the clinic.
-Converting leads into bookings
-Hitting the team monthly targets as well as managing a large workload
-Providing outstanding customer service

SKILLS REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
-Educated to Degree Level
-Previous experience providing customer service in a clinic environment
-Previous experience in a sales environment hitting or exceeding targets
-Outgoing, friendly manner
-Enjoy providing warm, professional care to patients
-Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic
-You enjoy working in a fast paced, highly pressured environment where excellence in patient care is the paramount goal
-You must be able to multitask and juggle a large workload as well as being proficient and confident in sales
-You have excellent verbal and written communication.
-You have sales experience ideally in selling consumer services.

THE HOURS:
The typical shift schedule can vary from time to time, but generally comprises
08:00-16:30, 09:00 -17:30 or 09:30-18:00, Monday through Friday.
