Dual Site Concession Manager – Leeds/Huddersfield

Zachary Daniels are looking to recruit an experienced Dual-Site Concession Manager in Leeds/Huddersfield who has a passion for customer service.
As a Dual Site Concession Manager you will manage 2 concessions and a small team.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading in personal customer service.
* Coaching, training and developing your sales team.
* Having a presence on the sales floor and driving sales.
* Achieving sales targets, kpi’s and department goals.
* Maintaining excellent standards and acting as a brand ambassador.
* Visual merchandising, analysing commercial reports and making decisions.
* Communicating with head office about stock levels, HR and administration.
This a rewarding role and I am looking for a manager who is personable and one who can naturally motivate and inspire people. Previous experience within a department store will give you a distinct advantage although strong assistant managers and store managers will also be considered.
On offer is a salary up to £26,400 based on experience plus benefits including very generous inform and discount, and the opportunity to earn an extra months salary in bonus each year.
