The Person
Most importantly, you’ll love working with people, You’ll be a natural when it comes to leading your team and you’ll love the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment, helping customers and leading through example. You’ll probably have management experience but this is a role that will give Deputys the opportunity to take the next step or Store Managers from smaller stores taking on something bigger. What separates you is your willingness to roll up your sleeves, get involved and enjoy the day-to-day of running your own store.
The Role
You’ll know all about running a store of course but this one is busy. You’ll be supported by your Area Manager, HR and L&D, but all the day-to-day store responsibilities are yours – everything from recruitment, staff training and development, setting the bar for service and standards, the lot. Things move quickly but you’ll be happy moving quicker.
