Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Location: Tewkesbury
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 + Uncapped commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm (Flexi Hours)
Additional Benefits: 20% commission for all billings up to £20,000pm, 35% commission thereafter. Visiting events across the county, Flexi Hours, Company away days, Generous salary review scheme, Free gym membership and various generous incentives

Duties and Responsibilities of a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

* Build strong partner relationships with clients and contractors and develop a strong understanding of clients’ businesses and their industry.

* Generate new business using your market knowledge, leveraging your network and client relationships and continue to develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.

* Source exceptional candidates using a variety of job boards and networking methods.

* Screen and interview candidates.

* Attending a range of business networking events.

* Proactively promote your vacancies using various methods.

Skills and Qualifications required from a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

* Minimum of 2+ years as a 360 Recruitment Consultant

* Strong commercial and business acumen

* A motivated individual who is looking to develop and grow

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision
