Stock Consolidator/FLT Driver – Counterbalance

Salary: £26,000per year (rising to £26,000 per yearr once made permanent)

Our client is a global manufacturer of soft metal products to the aerospace industry who have recently invested in a brand new, state of the art facility in Trafford Park.

Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking a Stock Consolidator/ FLT Driver to join their existing team. Duties will include picking stock, goods in and unloading stock.

You will need to have previous warehouse experience, good levels of literacy and numeracy with excellent computer literacy and be able to work at a fast pace with minimal supervision. Goods inwards experience would be desirable, as is a Combi lift FLT licence. You will also need to be hard working, enthusiastic and reliable.

Hours of work are on an alternating shift pattern of 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10 pm Monday to Friday but applicants will need to be flexible to work additional hours (paid at overtime rates) on occasion, to meet the demands of the business.

These roles are temporary initially, but are likely to become permanent for the right candidates, at which point salary will rise to £26,000per yearr + Benefits.
