Commercial Operations Executive / Sales Support Administrator

Our client is looking to hire a Commercial Support Associate to join the Account Management Team. The core duties will be to support the Commercial Teams.

This is a newly developed role, we are searching for ambitious candidates who are looking to forge a career in a market leading Consultancy. Strong Administration skills with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic are paramount.

Duties include:

– Create sales orders and contracts using CRM System and liaising with the Legal Team
– Manage incoming sales administration
– Organising updates, booking training dates
– Assisting Marketing and Account Managers with Sales Strategy
– Client Invoicing Administration
– Collating Proposals and Project Deliverables
– Create and manage work progress and account plans

Skills, experience and attributes required

– Excellent administrative abilities and experience using CRM systems
– Excellent attention to detail, planning and organsing skills
– Ability to take full ownership of projects and work
– Very capable Microsoft office user – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Positive
