We looking for a caring individual who is passionate about improving the lives and outcomes for young people; encouraging life skills and helping the young people to develop their social skills through play and education, whilst having fun. We pride ourselves in providing our young people with exciting opportunities and an outstanding environment to live in.
To support young people to develop independent skills.
Support people to stay healthy, safe, enjoy and achieve and economic well-being.
Your role is to offer and provide the young people daily life skills such as cooking, budgeting, accessing education, training or employment, etc.
This will be based around structured keywork sessions. These sessions will aim to promote the life skills of young people and support their transition into adulthood
The Requirements: ·
* behaviour management training is required
