Shift Supervisor – Football Centre

Salary: £26,000 per year

Our client if one of the UK’s largest and most innovative Football Centre Operators. They are currently looking to join a focussed and career driven shift supervisor to join their team.

Shift Supervisors have a unique role that requires the following skill set:

People management skills – Manage, motivate and lead a team of people

Innovation skills – Creative ways to engage with customers using social media and attract new business

Interpersonal skills – Building rapport with customers and team captains

Organisation skills – Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
