Bespoke Health & Social Care is a specialist provider of complex care staffing services to individuals, throughout the UK.
Salary: s – £26,000 – £33,364.5
We are currently looking to recruit a number of part time/full time Health Care Assistants in the Leeds area to support an individual with an spinal injury in their own home. It would be advantageous if you have spinal cord injury experience, however this is not required as full training is delivered and continually ongoing.
This is great opportunity to enhance your skills and experience as a HCA. It would be advantageous if you have a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or an overseas nursing qualification. A minimum of 12 months care experience is needed.
Flexibility regarding working patterns is required as the individual is in receipt of 24/7 care. Part time, Full time and bank roles are available.
The following criteria is preferable; people who have a confident, flexible and who have a positive, can do attitude; being a team player but also being able to work on their own.
You will be supported by a trained nurse who will offer advice and training (where needed), as well as a regional care manager who will oversee the package.
It would be advantageous to have an enhanced DBS Police Check under 2 years old and have experience in similar roles BUT these elements are not essential.
