IT Technician – Law Firm
Location: Bradford
Salary: up to £33,600per annum

DCV are delighted to be working with this highly regarded UK Law Firm based in Bradford+. They require the expertise of an IT Technician to work in their Bradford office. As an IT Technician, you will act as the first point of contact for IT issue across the firm. You will be required to record, diagnose and ultimately resolve issues at 2nd contact, escalating more complex issues as required. To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills experiences:

• Strong 1st/2nd line IT support experience
• Advanced Level MS Office 2003, 2010 experience
• Strong experience supporting Windows 7, XP Operating system
• Solid Microsoft Outlook support experience
• Experience of working with Citrix
• Experience of VMware, Hyper-V
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN including firewalls
• Experience of supporting Blackberry devices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
