Hungarian Business Support Executive

Reports to:
Sales Manager

Job Purpose summary:
The role of the Business Support Executive is to assist and develop the areas within the business that have been identified for growth or require future staff resource. Day-to-day duties will vary as this is dependent on the focus of the business at any given time. Clear instructions will be regularly provided by the management team and supervisors. Where it is unclear or there are conflicting tasks, a Business Support Executive would clarify their daily duties with the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (or Duties):
• Providing customer support through phone, chat and email
• Processing customer reviews (when requested by Operations Manager)
• Market research
• Maintaining website content and updating word/phrase translations
• Sales
o New Business
o Account Management
• Reporting on any requests, to given deadlines
• Following instruction from management to achieve the aims of the company

Scope and Scale of Responsibilities:
The Business Support Executive has a variety of roles and tasks with the ultimate aim – to help achieve the goals of ParkCloud. While the responsibilities are broad ranging, this will only be actioned through management guidance and will be part of a larger project. The tasks will be part of a planned strategy, so it is essential that if a Business Support Executive is unsure of what is required, that he/she speaks to his/her line manager immediately.

Person Specification:

Essential: Good level of English and fluency in spoken and written Hungarian

Desirable: sales/marketing/customer service experience
