With the continued evolution towards online content, my client is seeking an ambitious Website & eCommerce Specialist to join their high-energy, enthusiastic and tenacious team. The emphasis will be upon driving website traffic, acquiring new business leads and achieving sales through a combination of organic and paid traffic.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Website & eCommerce Specialist will be responsible for:

* Proactively developing, implementing, and managing two websites, one with ecommerce functionality.

* Leading the eCommerce marketing activity with future projects

* Managing website improvements on e-commerce listings via the CMS.

* Creating an eCommerce plan to achieve growth.

* Driving eCommerce transactions and increasing online sales.

* Managing the website, all technical SEO implementation and technical audits.

* Identifying new revenue streams and generating leads.

* Building on the digital marketing presence for the brand.

* Improving online user experience.

* Interpreting Google Analytics and recommending improvements.

* Provide detailed and comprehensive reporting of all paid search, eCommerce, display, paid social, SEO.

* Continually stay informed of latest trends, future initiatives, industry best practices and competitor bench marking of areas of accountability with the goal of increasing acquisition and retention.

As a business my client continually invest in their people, collaborating with the best talent in the industry to solve their customers’ diverse challenges of today, whilst anticipating those of tomorrow. Having successfully achieved the role of Website & eCommerce Specialist, you will work alongside an Internal Campaign team, including a Graphic Designer, Content Creator and Internal SEO & PPC Executive. You will collaborate with trusted partners including an external Website Developer, SEO & PPC Digital Agency as well as an external Design agency. You will form part of a talented and tenacious team whilst also enjoying genuine autonomy and accountability.

Experience & Qualifications:

Essential:

* Educated to Degree level or equivalent within Computer Science, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a similar discipline, OR be qualified by significant experience within a comparable role.

* Experienced in managing multiple digital and CMS platforms

* Knowledgeable in respect to web hosting platforms and key infrastructure

* Confident managing CMS (both front end and back end configuration)

* Able to troubleshoot website issues using debugging tools, triaging and conducting website performance tests.

* Demonstrate experience of SEO and PPC

* Produce professional reports

* Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders

* Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills

* Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Proficient IT skills – MS Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel

Desirable

* Possess a professional technical qualification relating to website design, eCommerce or Marketing.

* Have a basic knowledge of HTML

* Experience or working with the following digital and CMS platforms: Kentico CMS, Kentico Enterprise, Sage CRM, Mailchimp and Moodle.
