Key Account Commercial Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 – £42,000(dependant on experience)

My client is a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of high-quality natural fibre apparel cloth. With over 170 years of experience in market leading customer service and delivery performance, the company operates out of modern facilities in West Yorkshire with offices located throughout the world. The company is looking to appoint a key person in the continued success of both the Brand and its customer service experience.

Specification

– Commercial management of a demanding customer portfolio (French and English luxury ready-to-wear brands) Please note French language skills are not necessarily required.

– Order taking, processing and delivery control.

– Collation and preparation of technical documents (product sheets, export certificates,…). Information for these are produced in Dewsbury, so it is mainly collation and formatting into specific customers’ requirements.

– Production/delivery follow-up

– Invoicing of final delivery shipments

– Customers support by ensuring quality service (product information, current regulations, deliveries).

– Sales analysis, statistics and creation of reports.

Requirements

* Commercial awareness and market understanding.

* Ability to use own initiative and make decisions.

* Strong focus on customer delivery requirements.

* Ability to communicate both internally and externally with all levels of people.

* Good IT knowledge.

The role is currently done through their office in Paris, but it is moving to work out of the Dewsbury office.

It would require you to initially travel to Paris to train with the team across there, but once this is done travel would be as and when needed.
