Handyman

Salary: £18 – £19.2 per hour

Core Group are currently looking for Handyman/Multi- Traders to start ASAP!

This position is suitable for persons with a background in the trades of at least several years and can demonstrate excellent ability in the following:
 
– Painting & decorating.
 
– Patchwork plastering.
 
– Basic carpentry.
 
– Basic plumbing.
 
– Basic roofing.
 
– General property maintenance
 
 
As a Handyman/Multi-Trader you can expect to undertake the following duties:
 
– Daily reporting to offices for briefing, collection of tools, vehicle and materials.
 
– Being dispatched to a program scheduled of works.
 
– Performing a range of varied maintenance tasks, ranging from general landscaping through to painting & decorating.
 
– All tools, materials and vehicle provided to you.
 
– Keeping progress/status of jobs entered into company issued device (smartphone/tablet).
 
– Working alone and within a small team.

Money is dependant on experience.
