Servicenow Administrator

Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year

ServiceNow Administrator – Bedford – Remote working available.

Salary up to 50k depending on experience.

My client is looking to hire a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be involved on the platform from the outset throughout the build and then be tasked with ongoing improvements, on boarding and migrations.

The role will see you as an integral part of the team, and you will be liaising with everyone from stakeholders to end users. You will be the go-to person for application support, user administration, business analysis, system development, delivery, testing and documentation services

The role is remote based but will require travel to the office when needed.

In this role you will be responsible for:

* Providing ServiceNow expertise, training, and best practice.

* Day to day accountability of the platform, case management, case resolution and stakeholder support, including user setup and permissions management

* Continued development & customisation of the platform

* Liaise with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements, agree acceptance criteria, and work with the team to ensure the backlog is well managed and the right solutions are delivered

* Data Imports, exports, cleansing and reporting

To be successful in the role we are looking for:

* Experience of working as a ServiceNow administrator, carrying out ServiceNow systems maintenance and/or new implementations

* Experience of working as a ServiceNow support agent, carrying out Service Now systems maintenance and/or new implementations

* Ability to analyse complex business requirements, requests or problems and translate into appropriate actions and solutions.
