Vision Marketing is currently looking for outgoing and confident individuals who are interested in sales to work on-site at a variety of professional sales campaigns throughout London in Sales Junior / Sales Trainee openings.

We specialize in targeting local residences throughout the Greater London area to gauge their level of interest in our client’s products and services. Our clients are looking for us to increase sales representation for them throughout London and branch out into new markets before the end of the year. We work with a support structure of small businesses throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe, so there will be national and international travel opportunities available to some.

Sales Junior / Sales Trainee Requirements:

If you would describe yourself as highly ambitious with an excellent work ethic, determination and entrepreneurial spirit then we would be very keen to hear from you. We are looking for candidates with strong communicational skills, who enjoy interacting with people, and are able to contribute within a team environment, candidates who are excited to develop skills within business to business, business to consumer; residential (D2D) or event based field sales. Applicants must be over 18 as they will be signing contracts on behalf of our clients; working self-employed, with commissions accumulated on a daily basis, which are rewarded only on completed sales.

Process:
Our recruitment process includes a day of observation that is not compensated and used solely for the purpose of deciding whether there is an agreement between the candidate and Vision Marketing to further the application. The day will be spent in the field observing what the day to day sales operation tasks involve and will enlighten us and the candidate whether there is a match.
