Job Description
our client is a main dealer group looking to recruit an experienced Business Manager/Sales Controller to join their successful prestige dealership in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an experienced business manager/sales controller with a track record of success. You must be tenacious, target driven and able to ensure all sales staff are motivated to follow sales process in order to sell in volume and profitably.
Experience in a hands-on role including deal stacking, profit optimisation, 2nd facing and closing where required is essential and this must be what you enjoy! We need an energetic, enthusiastic individual able to exceed set targets and KPI’s.
