Senior Dental Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

FRONTrunner MDH are looking for a senior recruitment consultant to work on our dental desk to recruit for permanent positions across the UK. We are looking for someone to take the desk under their wing and grow it to be their baby.

We are looking for a senior recruitment consultant to continue to great work we are doing across the dental sector. This will be working on a perm desk with all the support you may need to start or going forward – all clients and candidates would be yours for life – we believe in ownership from the beginning.

We have always aimed to be the best at what we do and this is reflected in how many clients we have that continue to use us when there is so much choice out there for them.

Salary / Benefits

• 25-35k basic salary depending on experience and targets hit previously within permanent dental recruitment
• 5k pay rise once you hit your first consultants monthly target (this would be within your first 6 months)
• Monthly commission of 20-30% from day 1

To be successful in this role you need:-

• At least 2 years working within dental recruitment with permanent placements
• Experience working towards and surpassing recruitment and revenue targets
• A drive to progress and earn some really good commission
• You need to be fearless, resilient, and driven in both your work and personal life
• Living within travelling distance to the office on Watford Business Park
