Preferred Local Government Experience
It is a requirement of the role to be AAT qualified. The role will be providing advice and support to budget holders within the Environment directorate, and supporting the monthly budget monitoring process by meeting with budget holders to agree the forecast, actioning any journals and virements discussed at the meetings and producing monthly reports explaining all variances.
It would be preferred if candidates had experience of working in a Local Authority Finance team.
