A company with over 50 years experience in their industry and well over £150 million turnover have 3 immediately opportunities for experienced web developers with backgrounds in the Microsoft development stack (C# / VB.net, Asp.net, SQL) These positions represent a significant uplift of the development team in an exciting growth phase for the business. The roles suit passioante developers looking to get their hands on team based greenfield projects for a booming market giant.

With a technical team increasing in size, these roles have Microsoft.NET development at the core key skills include C# / ASP.net and SQL. Extra skill-sets that are team are trying to attract across the 3 roles include exposure to designing architecture, the Windows Azure platform, and also requirements gathering.

You will work within an engaging, collaborative environment, where the team work as just that – a team; sharing responsibilities, and working on driving the technology within the business forward. You will be involved at every step of the Software development lifecycle, working in a Test Driven Development environment to an agile methodology.

Technical skillset

– C# / VB.net and ASP.NET
– HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
– SQL Server
– Team Foundation Server, Fit or Subversion

Desirable

– Test Driven Development (TDD)
– REST Web services.
