A leading premium brand based in large recently re-furbished office and factory are now looking to recruit for a senior technologist, Technical professional who has real ambition and technical experience. In this role you will be:

-Split between factory and office
-Work in junction with NPD and Commercial Departments in product launches managing technical aspects of the project including legislation compliance and relationship with customers;
-Oversee the development of new recipes for safety, stability and quality parameters and the application of food safety standards in the factory;
-Set up, amend and approve all customer specifications or relevant technical information for both Food Service and Retailer customers.
-Liaising with major retailers to ensure the own label and manufacturing products are to companies high standards

This is an opportunity for someone who is aspiring to be a technical manager or a technologist at a retailer. To apply you must have:

-An energetic and friendly personality
-Experience of specifications
-Knowledge/experience of the factory floor
-Good presentation/ face to face skills. (You will be in front of retailers)
– A food related degree would be ideal yet not essential.

This is a business that will be looking to offer endless training from a passionate and dedicated technical and HR team, also there will be off the job training and accreditation’s.

This role is commutable from Reading, South Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Avon, Bath area.
