Salary: £14.4 – £18 per hour
This historic secondary school is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join their team of two staff.
Reporting to the School Business Manager, you will be responsible for reconciling accounts to trial balance, bank reconciliations and investigating any anomalies, using Access Education Finance.
You will also be involved in posting invoices, reconciling monthly journals and ensuring all financial information is accurate.
On a personal note, you must have an excellent eye for detail coupled with good communication skills and a flexible and positive approach to working. You must be a team player who is reliable and committed. This is a 3-month temporary role with the potential to be longer term.
It is school based, the hours of work are 37 per week, all year through. Immediate start subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
The school is accessible by car or public transport.
