Systems & Support Analyst (Social Housing)

We are a specialist supplier of ICT resource to the public sector, local authority & social housing sectors and are looking to recruit a housing-specific IT Systems Analyst, with Application support experience, for an evolving & lively Social Enterprise in London on a 3 month basis.

The purpose of the role will be to act in the capacity of product specialist and systems owner to a selection of Housing software applications within the company. Your-day-to-day responsibilities will include maximising the efficiency of the business systems to include ongoing systems analysis & improvement, implementing systems and upgrades, business intelligence reporting, systems testing, staff training, interfacing between applications, user support, systems administration & configuration, documentation and data analysis.

Essential Criteria

• A commercial track record working in a Systems Analyst & Software Support capacity
• Experience with at least one Social Housing Management System (Such as Northgate Housing, Orchard Housing, Aareon QL, Civica Cx/Universal Housing, Capita Academy/OPENHousing, Kypera Housing, MIS ActiveH, or similar.)
• Experience of utilising a commercial reporting application (Such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports, SSRS, Cognos, Hummingbird, Infomaker or similar)
• The ability to write freehand SQL scripts to interrogate data sets
• Experience with core MS Office products

Desirable Criteria

• ITIL foundation qualification
• PRINCE2 foundation
• A technical qualification such as MCAD, MCSA, MCTS, etc
