In Touch Recruitment is working in partnership with a national care home provider to recruit an experienced Staff Nurse for their large, purpose built nursing home in Stoke on Trent.
Working as a Staff Nurse in the service, you will take the lead of your shift and will be responsible for delivering high quality person centred care to older people with dementia, nursing, residential and end of life care needs.
Duties will include assessing and compiling individualised care plans, administering medication, leading and directing a care team and attending to the clinical needs of the residents in the home.
An Adult Nursing RGN or Mental Health Nursing RMN qualification and a valid NMC pin number are required. Experience working as a Staff Nurse within an elderly nursing home will be advantageous.
This is a permanent Staff Nurse position covering 33 or 44 hours per week.
