Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year
The company is a major name within the manufacture of commercial and industrial dishwasher and glass washers as well we chemical dosing equipment. They are a worldwide company with some very well known chain and independent clients to their book. They like to hold onto their engineers for a long time and the way they do this is by looking after their engineers and giving them such great training…. no secret magic tricks… looking after them and making them feel valued.
They are recruiting for a Service Support Account Coordinator, you will be:-
- Based from their Milton Keynes office initially and then after probation period you have the option to work 2 days a week at home remotely – all equipment supplied
- Working 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Taking calls from clients and customers and logging their details and enquiries and updating records
- Dealing with any customer complaints and solving these issues
- Giving customers or engineers additional info on products
- Producing quotes to customers whilst tracking warehouse orders
- Dealing with warranty evaluation
Preferred Skills
- Living within travelling distance to their Milton Keynes office
- Good computer skills, admin skills, and customer skills would be needed
- Good UK geographical knowledge would be great
- Experience needed working in an admin role within a service or customer accounts environment
