Salary: £28,800 per year
Clearpath Recruitment are seeking a Service Advisor to integrate into a busy service department within a main car dealership in the Crawley area.
Working as part of a team you will be responsible for booking in cars for scheduled maintenance and services as well as repair and warranty work, as well as a confident approach to significant up-selling opportunities.
Duties will include:
* Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries.
* Liaising with the team of technicians.
* Preparing job cards on the in-house system
* Managing the workload for customer expectations.
* Managing service bookings on day to day basis
* Document any warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
* Keeping customers up to date with requests, costs and authorisations
