Salary: £30,000 – £38,400 per year
NEW OPPORTUNITY IN RESIDENTIAL CHILDCARE
I am working with a fantastic provider of Residential Childcare. Their proven record of successfully creating homely & comforting environments have allowed the children and young people in their care to express their characters & establish their independence.
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be leading teams of support workers to make a vital difference to the lives of children & young people who display emotional and behavioural difficulties, and/or have experienced abuse or traumatic events.
The role includes:
- Organising and accompanying the young people on social activities and appointments
- Building relationships with young people
- Recording the young person’s activity & reporting key aspects of their care
- Promoting the young person’s independence and developing their life skills

Minimum Requirements:
Level 3 or 4 diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
At least 2 years of experience in Residential Childcare
Full driving license with access to own transport
