Senior Administration – Motor Trade Insurance

New role due in shortly for a candidate with experience of working within motor trade insurance (claims or underwriting depts.). You also need to be pc literate with a good telephone manner.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-respected Company, providing assistance to internal and external contacts on motor claims issues. You will be responsible for handling escalated and potentially complex claims issues or complaints, reviewing and auditing third part hire and repair payments, ensuring that the quality of claims work is maintained, participating in special projects and assisting with team training.
