Route / Transport Planner

Route/Transport Planner – Hythe – £18,000 – £25,000 (dependant on experience)

Dynamite Recruitment are working on behalf of their well established and professional client to assist with the recruitment of an experience Route Planner for their busy logistics department.

Operating from multiple locations across the country, there are a large number of vehicles to coordinate on a daily basis. You will mainly be based at the company head office, however from time to time may be required to travel to other locations with possible overnight stays.

This is an exciting and varied role, you will need to have proven experience in a similar environment, as well as exceptional communication and organisation skills and the willingness to learn and develop.

You will be working within the company transport team, liaising with management as well as transport administrators and drivers. You will need to conduct daily planning activity, as well as placing orders, manage all delivery documentation and record any actions or incidents in the correct manner.
