Aim and Key Objective for Retail Assistant, Battery Fitter
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will deliver a supporting role within the Sheffield branch operation, to supply product to regional customers.

Sales order processing for retail and small trade customers

Handling retail telephone calls

Providing technical advice and specific product information

Retail warranty processing including refunds/exchanges

Allocating Customer payments to ERP
