Job Description:
You will manage the day-to-day operation of the recruitment function, looking after the full employee recruitment cycle from posting jobs, to screening CV, interviewing candidates, and making offers whilst liaising with our department heads.
Working with the department heads and understanding what staff they require.
Management of any recruitment agencies we use.
Strategically posting job ads, Delivering quality candidates, both proactively and reactively into the recruitment process.
Resourcing candidates utilising job boards, social media, and own network amongst other methods.
Promoting parks values to all new employees.
Delivering most of all seasonal employee training this includes department specific inductions and all required health and safety training.
Personal specification:
Previous experience in a similar type of role would be an advantage & a CIPD qualification is preferred
The successful candidate will be engaging & have a passion for finding great talent and conducting great interviews
