Qhse Manager

Salary: £54,000 per year

Are you an experienced QHSE Manager who has used their skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? If so, this opportunity could be what you’re looking for. My client is a leading manufacturing of hygienic aluminium and stainless products and systems used in food & beverage, pharmaceutical and medical industries. Their ideal candidate will have proven experience with ISO 9001, 45001 standards with IOSH level 5 or NEBOSH, and support and advise their business on all aspects of Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance.

QHSE Manager role:

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for the following:

Managing, monitoring standards, processes, communications, training, and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health, Safety and Quality are in effect.

Continued maintenance and development of ISO 45001, 9001, management standards, with the possible implementation of ISO 14001, and BSEN 1090.

Review and maintain all relevant company documentation in line with legal requirements.

Complete, review of risk assessments for workplace activities and operations.

Internal audits.

Provide expertise on accident and incident reporting as well as incidents.

Be my clients representative for all standards, and ensure that all processes and procedures are documented, and that the performance of the OH&S and QMS are presented to senior management for review and used for improvement throughout the organisation

QHSE Manager requirement:

Proven QHSE Management experience.

QHSE within a Manufacturing environment.

Sound knowledge of Quality Management principles such as Kaizan, 5S, 8ds & LEAN.

ISO 9001 / 45001 standards

FM Management contracts and operational business processes
