Parker Jones is Recruiting on behalf of a large property maintenance and construction company. Based in London and operating in the Camberley Area. They have an excellent reputation within the industry and local Governments. Due to ongoing and new business they are looking to expand their team in key areas.
The Role:
A wide variety of Plastering repairs in Occupied homes, buildings and empty properties. The work will include various types of Plastering including skimming, applying coats of plaster and applying wet finishes.
Applicant:
A Suitable candidate would have the necessary qualifications (NVQ Level 2-3 in Plastering or equivalent.) Or trade based experience. The Ideal Candidate would also have 2-5 Years of experience working in social housing or Building maintenance.
The Candidate would also need relevant Experience in a customer facing trades role.
The Salary:
C: £36+ Package
