We are currently recruiting a large number of Operations Supervisors/ Team Leaders on behalf of one of the most dynamic and successful businesses in the UK. The roles we are recruiting for, across a large number of UK sites, cover a fixed shift pattern of days, afternoons or nights and will primarily be focused around ensuring the speedy and accurate despatch of goods from our clients warehouses to its customers.

Having supervisory / team leader experience within warehousing, logistics or transportation would be ideal however is not essential. We are seeking people who can grow and develop and have the qualities to succeed in a challenging but rewarding environment. We are looking for career minded individuals with the following skills/ attributes;

• Experience of working within a KPI driven environment and an ability to interpret and analyse data
• A willingness to challenge the status quo
• An ability to identify areas for improvement and enact change
• Experience of supervising / managing and mentoring staff and getting the best from small teams
• Someone who is not only willing to go the extra mile but can also juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

starting salary of £26,000 – £26,400per year depending on location in the UK, opportunities to earn circa £26,000 – £26,400with a great benefits package and opportunities for personal development and career progression.
