Medical Sales – Orthopaedic Trauma – Central South

As a medical sales Territory Manager you’ll support and generate sales of Orthopaedic Trauma medical devices within Southern England operating theatres.

* Managing clinical trials by supporting and encouraging Surgeons and Theatre Staff to use your orthopaedic trauma hip fixation devices within operating theatres.
* Identify, engage and influence new business accounts to increase usage and sales.
* Highlight product features and benefits, and answer customer queries (full training provided).
* Build loyal relationships with customers based on high quality customer care.
* Manage your own diary and visit customers across your region on a daily basis.
* Actively contribute to a successful, talented, friendly and supportive team.

REQUIREMENTS
* Ideally ODP, Scrub Nurse or BSc qualified, covering anatomy / physiology.
* Proven success in Orthopaedic / Trauma / Surgical medical device sales is preferred however a bright, determined ODP or Scrub Nurse keen to break into medical device sales may also be considered.
* Confident and articulate to deliver presentations, product demonstrations and run training sessions.
* Genuine drive, strong work ethic and a determination to provide an excellent service in the pursuit of sales targets.
* Professional, self-assured, enthusiastic and influential.

PACKAGE
* Starting salary of £36,000 – £57,600 plus bonus, car or allowance, and benefits package.
* Comprehensive training and the opportunity to be a part of an exciting project.
