The opportunity:

This is a great opportunity to join a leading Built Environment organisation with a great reputation across the Facilities Management sector, to join as a resident Mechanical Engineer across a critical site based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire

As a Mechanical Engineer your responsibilities will include the following:

To Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements.

Support the contract requirements, planned and reactive support to all mechanical systems.

Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and adhered to for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices

Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who has the following skills and qualifications:

City & Guilds Level 2 standard or equivalent in Mechanical or HVAC

At least 3 years in Building Services or Facilities Management
