Excellent opportunity for a mechanical engineering graduate or HNC qualified Design Engineer looking to join a well established, market leading company where you will undergo extensive training and development and work on technically interesting products used within the F1 Sector and other high profile industries.

Established for over 40 years this market leading, niche manufacturing company supply lightweight, high end, bespoke products to a range of high profile sectors, such as F1, Motor Sport and Marine. They are now entering their next growth phase and are therefore looking to recruit an enthusiastic CAD Design Engineer.

In this role you will run your own projects from start to finish whilst dealing directly with high profile customers. This role would also include the design for fabrication, welding and manufacture whilst using various highly specialist lightweight materials.

This role would ideally suit an experienced HNC / HND qualified Mechanical Engineer or a Mechanical Engineering Graduate who is looking to join a dynamic and forward thinking company that will provide extensive training and a varied role whilst working in a fast paced engineering environment.

The Role:
* Mechanical Design of Lightweight products used within the Formula 1 sector.
* Using AutoCAD 2D & 3D Inventor (Training will be given)
* Dealing directly with high profile customers
* Project Management from start to finish
* £22,000 – £24,000 + Extensive Training + Paid Overtime + 24 Days Holiday

The Person:
* Qualified Design Engineer or Mechanical Engineering Graduate
* Must be able to use AutoCAD 2D
* Must live local to Norwich or be serious about relocating
* Must have excellent communication skills
