Duties : Advise senior leadership on financial strategy and key decision making Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting Manage financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance Monitor cash flow, profitability, and business performance Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and process improvements Lead ERP reporting improvements and enhance visibility of commercial data Partner closely with the management team to support growth and transformation Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team Who will I report into? Experience : ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified Proven
