An exciting immediate permanent role as a Neighbourhood Management Officer has now arisen with my client who is a leading social housing provider. The role of Neighbourhood Management Officer will be to provide an effective, efficient and sensitive neighbourhood management service

Key Duties:

• To act as the main point of contact for customers with tenancy and estate management issues
• Take enforcement action relating to tenancy breaches
• Respond and investigate all allegations of Anti-Social Behaviour
• Attend tenant and resident meetings.
• Provide a full estate management service including estate walkabouts and community based activities

You will also have:

• Experience and understanding of tenancy and estate management
• First class communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships
• A CRB
• Access to own vehicle

The successful candidate will ensure that performance standards and targets are achieved in relation to estate management.
