The Role:
The role for an Immigration Paralegal consists of but is not limited to the following:
-Assisting with applications for the right to work in the UK
-Liaising with the UK boarder agency
-Attending client meetings regarding their applications
-Preparing and advising on UK visa applications
The Person:
The candidate applying for the role of an Immigration Paralegal should fit in with the following criteria:
-Previous legal experience is essential
-Good knowledge of the Points Based System is required
-Strong academic background is essential
-Candidate must have outstanding communication skills
