This company is a leading marketing and IT solutions organisation providing services to both the private and public sectors. They are looking for a talented and ambitious HTML Developer to join their award-winning Creative Services team. This role will be responsible for the creation of CRM assets for a wide range of clients and requires good coding knowledge and skills. Their successful candidate will be required to build close relationships with project managers, planners, designers, developers and campaign operations team members. You will be part of a small production team, reporting to their Lead HTML Developer.

They deliver advanced campaign personalisation and automation through multiple platforms including, but not limited to, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Braze and Responsys. Their successful candidate will gain experience working across a range of leading international brands within the Sports, Media, Financial Services and Food Retail sectors.

Candidates will need to be creatively and technically minded in equal parts and be driven to produce high-quality assets as part of a fast-paced, client-responsive team. There will be a strong support structure and specific training on platforms and QA standards, but they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running to support multiple accounts and campaigns from day one.

Duties;

• Code best practice HTML for email, both as bespoke campaigns and Design Systems for
• template editors
• Produce custom HTML in-app messages (IAM), landing pages, and other assets, as required
• Developer testing and QA of own work
• Loading emails onto a variety of ESPs and sending out proofs
• Carrying out research and development on a variety of topics
• Scoping of work
• Documenting processes
• Assisting developers with render checks
• Making amends to existing HTML and CSS
• Assisting with QA from time to time.

Required;

• Good knowledge of coding HTML and CSS
• Good understanding of best practice design principles
• Experience of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and XD
• Reliable time management skills, with an ability to juggle more than one project at a time
• An awareness of industry trends, particularly regarding accessibility, usability, and email client developments

• Ability to test and optimise emails for deliverability and user experience across all major email clients
