Hospitality Assessor – Front and Back of House – Multi-Skilled Hospitality (Food & Beverage / Front of House / Professional Cookery) Birmingham / Warwickshire / South Staffordshire

Salary: £26,400 – £30,000(depending on skills and experience) + Mileage, Equipment and Generous Holiday Entitlement

Our client is a successful National Training Organisation, who delivers work based training programmes to individuals across the UK. Due to company growth they are now looking to appoint a Qualified Hospitality / Catering Assessor to cover Birmingham, Warwickshire and South Staffordshire.

The successful Assessor will be responsible for the training, assessment and support of a caseload of learners undertaking Apprenticeships within Hospitality (Front and Back of House), and to ensure the timely and accurate delivery Apprenticeships in line with company procedures.

Essential Criteria:

Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA

PTLLS Certificate

Experience of delivering the full framework Apprenticeships with Key Skills or Functional Skills

Experience of Assessing the following: Front of House, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping and Professional Cookery along with Key Skills (AON & COMMS / Literacy & Numeracy)

Hold a strong background within Hospitality preferably at a Supervisory level, covering both front and back of house

The ability to hit the ground running with a full caseload

Excellent achievement rates

Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
