Head of Business Development

Mackenzie Stuart are working with an Education technology company based in the South East of England who are looking for a Head of Business Development.

Mackenzie Stuart is a leading executive search and selection business. From our offices in Leeds and London, we provide retained and contingency recruitment solutions across industry and have specialist recruitment consultants that work within the Oil & Gas, Health & Social Care, Medical, Finance, Education, Insurance, FMCG and Manufacturing sectors.

The successful candidate must be currently working in a similar position and have at least 4 years experience within the Education Technology industry. The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate successful business development within their current company, be values driven and have commercial experience.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

*Work together will all areas of senior management to drive the development and implementation of the company’s strategy and policy.
*Driving business development to achieve business outcomes and strategic targets.
*Oversee the business development across the UK.
*Manage, mentor and inspire the existing business development team.
*Manage and inspire innovation.

The suitable candidate must be educated to a Bachelor level in a relevant degree, have strong interpersonal skills, a strong leadership style and a keen drive to succeed.
