Groups / MICE Executive – Italian Speaking

Are you passionate about event management and organising travel for incentive and corporate groups? Our client is looking for an experienced groups and MICE consultant from a UK DMC background.

Ideally you will already have at least 2 years experience of incoming groups and incentives/conference sales/operations experience as well as be fluent in Italian or Spanish.

We are looking for a proactive, out-going individual who can bring a new dimension to the team to help us serve all our client’s meeting and group travel requirements and drive the business forward.

During 2013, the MICE Groups team will play a pivotal role as we will be upselling our MICE Groups services across the entire client base to increase all untapped revenue potential. This will result in an anticipated surge of enquiries and bookings on all elements of group travel, meetings and incentive programmes.

Job Description
*Handling enquiries and bookings on all elements of group travel, meetings and incentive programmes.

Experience Required
*MINIMUM 2 YEARS Events management or meetings and conference experience ideally within an established UK DMC business.
*Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
*Hard working and able to show initiative
*Language fluency in Italian, French or Spanish
*groups operations along with supplier negotiation experience
