Finance Assistant

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant for a client in Andover, this is a full time, temporary position running for around 3 months.

Responsibilities as a Finance Assistant:
– Scanning Stock PO’s
– Online VAT receipt requests from customers
– Raising invoices for Failed Delivery
– Framework transfer from promo to framework
– Month end journals
– Month end analysis
– Running daily price change programme and implement change on dates required
– Settlement discount invoice

Requirements for this Position:

– Available immediately
– Previous Finance/ Accounts assistant experience
– Experience using SAP or Sage
