The Company:
Our client is an international manufacturer

Main Duties:
Communicating with European Clients, Sales Order Processing, Supporting Business Development Manager

The Role:
– Processing customer sales orders
– Developing business and ultimately increasing overall customer sales
– Liaising with Business Development Managers
– Communicating with customers and colleagues in order to process enquiries
– Organise transport to customers requirements
– Keeping the company’s databases (CRM) updated by gathering information and data from clients

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English and/or French, German
– Any other European Language would be an asset
– Knowledge of Import or Export Sales advantageous
– Excellent telephone manner along with interpersonal & communication skills
– Computer literate and able to use CRM & ERP programs
– The ability to make decisions and maintain excellent organisation in the workplace
– Demonstrate a willingness to progress within the company

Salary:
£26,000 – £27,600 per year + benefits (pension scheme)
